Liked: got an "upgrade" kind of, room I booked online was overbooked.... room was clean property was beautiful
Disliked: Shower curtain rod was broken in my room also could have used an egg option or meat option for breakfast - very critical - I would have liked better lighting in the parking lot..... It's quite dark in the back where I had to park because I drove a truck.

Liked: Arrival and checking went qui key as I had done online registration. No waiting at desk, room was spacious and clean, and breakfast room was large and comfortable. Good location just off 40 and 17 and easy to reach Old Flagstaff.

Liked: Great location, close to local restaurants. Nice sized room and comfortable beds and pillows. Nice seating area in hotel foyer and check in staff were lovely. Only negative was the lack of environmental consideration with the disposable breakfast dishes and utensils, so much waste !!

Disliked: The remote didn't work and after a long week we wanted to watch tv. The coffee maker was missing the filter tray so I didn't get coffee until breakfast was open. The biggest issue was the shower curtain rod was falling off the walls making it so the shower curtain would only close about 12" so water sprayed everywhere and had to be cleaned up by us. It was literally falling off. there was one small screw that had been added to try to hold it on and it simply was not working. The room should not be rented until this is addressed. the water on the floor will lead to additional damage of the flooring/ tile and walls.
