Great location for a being...

Liked: I loved the proximity to everything downtown and around U of A. Very well located. Easily accessible from the main interstate.
Disliked: Not a major gripe just was surprised at the amount of snow still in the parking lot. Assumed they would pay someone to clean it. Not a major issue at all though.

The staff was very friendly...

Disliked: The hallways on our floor were not vacuumed the entire time we were there and though the carpet was very nice and seemed fairly new, there was debris on them. Not stained, just crumbs and small normal stuff that should have been vacuumed.

Liked: the breakfast was great; all hot food was hot enough, and everything was fully stocked, all staff were friendly and professional
Disliked: the mattress was ok, but the pillows were flat and lumpy. I didn't notice before i was ready for bed, so it's partly on me.
