Was a nice hotel and the hot tub was really nice and relaxing. Staff were helpful and rooms were clean.

Disliked: Heater in room seemed to run hot. There was a definite draft that your could feel over by the window. Could have been because of the frigid cold outside.

Liked: Wasn’t in a bad location.
Disliked: The toilet in our room was plugged when we checked in. Was absolutely disgusting

Liked: The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were very friendly.
Disliked: The temperature in the room was over 80 when we got there. The cold water valve under the sink was closed so we only had hot water until we figured it out. The shower had no shampoo, a conditioner and two body washes. The bottle by the bathroom door should have been lotion but was also body wash.

Liked: Location and the breakfast was good
Disliked: Check in took 20 min, room was dirty and smelled . Looked old carpet ripped, had to stand up next to tv to change the channel . Floor felt sticky would not walk without foot coverings on .

Friendly staff, okay breakfast, hotel...

Liked: The breakfast was fine. Nothing too special for choice. Exact same thing both days which is fine, but not usual in my experience. Allergen lists should be on display.
Disliked: The hotel itself is looking run down. Worn out floors, scuffed walls, just not as fresh as a hotel should look. Fairly high prices for hotels in Fargo in general, we stayed in Minneapolis for less in a ‘nicer’ hotel. Not sure what’s going on with that. We won’t be coming as often, that’s for sure, which is too bad because we enjoy coming to Fargo.

Disliked: Breakfast seemed to end early. 922 a.m. There wasn't much oatmeal and fruit selection.

Liked: Good location, lots of amenities, large parking lot, good sized rooms, good lobby and breakfast area
Disliked: Seemed dated and some stuff needing repair
