Was a nice hotel and the hot tub was really nice and relaxing. Staff were helpful and rooms were clean.

Disliked: Heater in room seemed to run hot. There was a definite draft that your could feel over by the window. Could have been because of the frigid cold outside.

Liked: Just wish they had hand soap instead of using conditioner or body wash for washing your hands.

Liked: the staff was excellant, always friendly and helpful.
Disliked: the toilet run at night , we had to get up and jiggle the handlea couple times to quit it from runnig water. The handle on the tub leaked a bit and was spraying water over edge of the tub. the breakfast sausage was average and the little scrambled egg pattie was not much. Just go with regular scrambled eggs. maybe a varity of fruit instead of just one.

Disliked: Shower didnt work right hot/cold. Handicap room and lip broken that hold water, water leaked all over floor. Toilet paper holder broken.. bed sheets stained.

Basic rooms and no advertised...

Liked: The check in process was nice to be able to do it online, and the rooms were a good size. We did not get to the pool or have time to eat the breakfast. The hotel was your basic hotel stay, but a good value for the price.
Disliked: We traveled to Fargo, so we could get to the airport for an early flight. We filtered the hotels by those that provided an airport shuttle. We chose this hotel because it advertised a free shuttle to the airport for guests. I mentioned the need for an airport shuttle in the special requests section, and called the hotel a few days prior to the reservation to confirm the shuttle service. When we arrived at the hotel, I was told that they did not have a driver for the times we needed and we would need to get a taxi. We ended up taking a taxi to the airport in the morning. I called the morning of the return flight to let the staff know when we would need a ride back to the hotel. The staff member said to call when we arrive, and there would be someone to get us back to the hotel. I called when our plane landed, and the staff member said they again did not have a driver and I would need to take a taxi. The hotel did not cover the taxi costs. The "free shuttle service" ended up costing us over $40 in taxi fees and tips. The shuttle was the only reason we booked this hotel, and it wasn't provided as advertised.
