Liked: The beds were extremely comfortable. The staff were polite and respectful. The location close to the airport for an early morning flight was ideal. Breakfast adequate. Staff were apologetic and offered a small credit for the negative issues we experienced.
Disliked: Internet was down and cell coverage with T-Mobile too low to be useful. Fridge in room not working. Hair dryer had parts falling off it, although it still worked. Bathmat dirty. Room too hot.

Liked: Great breakfast and location.
Disliked: I recently stayed in La Quinta's non-smoking room, but unfortunately, it had a noticeable odor that suggested someone had smoked in it. Upon arrival, I also found that the room lacked essential toiletries. I asked the front desk for some, and when I later went downstairs for a quick hot chocolate, I overheard one of the front desk staff making unprofessional remarks about my request. She was talking dismissively about how the cleaning staff had already provided the toiletries, implying that I wouldn't have asked if they had been placed in the room. I found it incredibly disrespectful to hear a staff member speaking about guests in that manner. It's disappointing when basic customer service is overshadowed by such behavior, and it definitely left a negative impression of my stay. Most definitely, I will not be returning.

Not worth the money.

Liked: The bedsheets were pretty clean and the bathroom was pretty clean as well.
Disliked: Some the middle aged women at the front desk had no sense of professionalism or common courtesy of respect. Hospitality is lacking and should be better.
