All in all it was...

Liked: Hotel & room is clean. Staff was courteous. Breakfast was good. The usual.
Disliked: The lobby could be more welcoming. Add a little color, magazines & maybe cookies or mints.

Disliked: Very, very disappointed the pool and spa were unavailable and had been closed for several days. Was not notified about this. I chose this place and paid more than others were asking specifically because of the indoor pool and spa.

Disappointing

Liked: The staff was friendly
Disliked: The hot tub was down most of our visit. There was mold in the window that affected my daughters allergies and the walls are thin and you hear everything. People talking in the hall, the people next to you tv and the other people having sex. Thankfully my children were sleeping already and it was our last night

Disappointing due to the lack...

Liked: I liked the location
Disliked: We booked this based on it having a pool and hot tub for our girls during a 3 day volleyball tournament and weren’t notified before check in that the pool and hot tub were down. The girls were very disappointed that they didn’t get to relax in the hot tub and hangout in the pool. Our king suite also had quite a bit of dust on top of the fridge but other than that the room was clean
