Disappointing

Beside all that. Everything else...

Liked: The property was close to restaurants and stores
Disliked: The ice machine was broken. There were dead bugs on the lamp. The shower head pressure wasn’t good

Liked: The staff
Disliked: The building is a little run down. Could barely see out of our windows.

It was good and comfy,...

Liked: When a family travels it is enough to have a nice comfort beds, hair dryer and cooling/heating and a nice hot water in the bathroom. This acceptations has met.
Disliked: The only thing I did not like it, specially when it is winter time the hotel did not has a dryer room to dry our clothes after the snow storm...but this is the less problem. Thank you being there and having a plus night to take out of bad snow storm, did not plan to stay another night.

Liked: It was available
Disliked: The bed felt like sleeping on a cardboard box. The room was not quiet. The bathroom desperately needs to be deep cleaned or renovated entirely.

Liked: Scrambled eggs at free breakfast were the best... Real and cooked properly.
Disliked: Floors were sticky, rugs were dirty, and trash everywhere. Rooms looked like someone started painting but never finished. Bathroom fan didn't work.
