Noisy. Unhelpful staff. 100% satisfaction...

Liked: Location of hotel only.
Disliked: Location of room. Constant slamming of door. Unable to sleep. Unable to connect with front desk agent. Phone didn't work. Website access denied. Chatbot didn't assist with anything. Front desk agent did not apologize when I finally connected with him at breakfast for the noise. I asked if being able to sleep was part of the 100% satisfaction guarantee and he said no. They can't guarantee no noise. Chatbot offered that I could pay for late checkout. That would make me late for my destination and why would I want to stay? It was awful. I asked for toilet paper. I never got it. I got a general number from chatbot to get front desk number. No one answered. I filed a formal complaint after having to go to a lot of trouble to find the right number. Again, nothing was resolved. I was told someone would contact me in a week. Poor customer service all around.
