I was highly disappointed with...

Liked: The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful with our 3 room changes due to uncleanliness. They were very apologetic even though it wasn’t their fault the previous 2 rooms we were given were filthy. The one attendant even took the sweeper to one of the rooms herself to sweep it. The location was great considering we had basketball games at Herbert Hoover High School. The breakfast was good with a wide variety of items to choose from and a clean eating area. There had sausage, eggs, hashbrowns, biscuits and gravy, cereal, fruit, muffins, toast, bagels, waffles, yogurt, juice, milk, coffee, hot tea,!and hot chocolate.
Disliked: The first room got dog hair, clumps of mud, and other crumbs all over. The second room had black specs of something all over one of the beds. The third room wasn’t the cleanest, but it was better than the other 2. In the third room, there was brown stuff splattered down the wall in the bathroom by the toilet and trash can. The bottom part of the bed had something splashed all over it that looked gross. The bathroom floor was filthy. I actually got the rag and got down and wiped it while making my family wear their shoes anytime they got up out of the hotel bed. The worst part is the price we paid to stay in this hotel was ridiculous for what we had to deal with. We shouldn’t have paid even half of what we did for the night.

Liked: It’s amazing, great location and stuff to do when most of the world says you should be asleep.
Disliked: Nothing, I was woke up late(way after checkout) but they were as polite as you expect them with the with elderly grandparents. Again sorry, staff.
