Disliked: I’m disabled with a broken leg and on crutches. I was put on the 3rd floor and the elevator stopped working constantly. I asked to be moved to the first floor and they said the elevator isn’t an issue and they are able to reset it when it stops working. Well when I’m upstairs and can’t get down I have no choice but to use the stairs. The elevator should be in working order and if it isn’t then disabled guest should be accommodated accordingly. I’m very upset I spent $200 to be late to all of my scheduled events and exhausted and in pain from trying to navigate 3 flights of stairs on crutches with a broken leg.

Disliked: Elevator didn’t work part of the time! Curtains barely attached to curtain rod.
