Disliked: The hotel didn't look that great like the advertisement. The entry door.was stain with soda. The mats out had dirt on them. This hotel is not a 3-star hotel like I mentioned at the beginning. I'm very disappointing now they're not responding to my cancelation for Friday 03/28/25.

Disliked: First room they gave me was dirty or occupied, do not disturb sign was on door handle, but card key worked. Second room given, card key worked but door was stuck had to push on door, toilet rocked, toilet seat was loose, no toilet paper, bedside lighting was bad, one swirl led bulb, another standard low wattage orange light, the phone did not work, one chair in room, but room is for 2 persons? when I tried to inform front desk about problems. Each time I had to walk to front desk, which is difficult for me because I am a disabled Veteran, checked out one day early, I wasn't going to go back and forth with this facility on being assigned a 3rd room! Informed front desk next morning (3/25/25) why I was leaving early, and she wrote down all my complaints and did not even offer a apology! Outside of room was dirty with lots of dirt on the sidewalk leading to each room, why don't they keep sidewalks clean? Checked in at another Hotel.

Liked: The staff is nice
Disliked: We travel with pets, and not many places allow them and the ones that do, aren't usually that clean. But, there were so many roaches everywhere that we had to leave in the middle of the night.
