Worst experience in any hotel...

Disliked: We reserved a two-bed room for 3 and got a one-bedroom that smelled like 1000 cigarettes. After complaining we were sent to a room with no light bulbs, two broken beds and no warm water. We let the front desk lady know and she just responded condescendingly and proceeded to do nothing about it.

Disliked: Shower had good water pressure just the water was lukewarm. It looked like our room hadn’t been dusted/steeped in a while.

Disliked: Asked for King bed got two double beds. Only one trash can in the room located in the bathroom.Bathroom did not have a plug for the Tub and hair in the drain. floors were dirty, put on clean socks and walk 3 or 4 steps then found the socks were dirty, because of the dirty tile. Very dark, only one dim light in the room, the only place to sit was a desk chair or the bed. Not a comfortable room at all
