Frustrating Stay

Disliked: Shower water was very cold. Had to take cold showers. Room was not cleaned during my entire stay although maid did knock as ask if I needed anything so I requested toilet paper and clean towels. Coffee in room is black so no creamer or sugar in room. You must get from lobby before 9am. Ironically maid entered my room on last day before my checkout time but was no where the rest of the week. Text messages to the property via Booking.com are not read and hotel text messages to me are automated so they didn’t see my messages to property and cancelled my reservation when I tried to check in. They did honor my rate but initially asked for a higher rate to reboot my booking.com reservation. Room card kept deactivating twice eventhough I kept it in the case.

Good for price

Liked: It was safe and comfortable enough for our young ones. Pillows were a bit stiff. A little musty smelling. It was great for the price though
Disliked: The musty smell penetraded our clothing.
