Bad

Liked: Unfortunately, it was a very bad experience. There is too much noise, people fighting in the middle of the night, dogs barking and scratching the walls, feces on the carpet, they say you can't smoke and the hallway smells like marijuana. The cleaning lady was asked for clean towels and the answer was to go to reception and ask for them. I wanted to talk to the manager named Blanca and up to now she hasn't returned my call. The truth is that I don't recommend the hotel.

Getting worse everytime I book...

Liked: Their system was down and they could not give me a room even after showing them I was confirmed. Waste of my time driving to the location and then having to book another place. You guys need to start checing up on these hotels you contract with because this is not the first bad experience booking through you. The hotels don't like you or the guests that book through your system.
