We came into the hotel and we were greeted and upon entering they asked our name and immediately looked up the reservation and welcomed us again. The lobby was clean and there were people watching TV. She explained where our room was and was kind enough to tell us we could drive around to park and the elevator would be real close when we opened the door and then our room would be close once the elevator opened - great. The elevator was a bit vegas style - kinda gold brushed but OK. We laughed at it.

Disliked: Staff: Terri (i think was her name)Customer service may not be her strong suit. Asking a simple question turned into a tug of war. Simply ridiculous. I'm traveling from another state to an unfamiliar area for number one, my question was simply about checking in and that went from 0 to 6 because i wouldn't allow it to go any further. Thank God she wasn't there when i walked in. To be clear, it was the rep working 3/24 around 1:18 who answered the phone. Other than this incident, everything was great.
