Bed was comfy front desk...

Liked: Ladies at the desk were nice
Disliked: House keeping spoke Spanish and gave me towels but not clean sheets that I requested multiple times. Ended up making my bed around 9pm after getting sheets from the front desk. On arrival the toilet was messed up, I repaired it (plunger in the tank, not a huge deal) Breakfast was ok if you don’t mind eating waffles, the biscuits were hard as a rock, I can’t eat meat, gravy had meat in it.

Liked: The front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Pillow too flat and other one too lumpy. Need new ones.Hard to figure out the two tv remotes. The road has bad potholes.

Disliked: Everything... room was not clean and the bedding had stains all over them and the bathroom and shower was nasty still had Peoples hair in the shower and sink and some of the towels had reddish stains on them and the toilet had piss on the seat and to top it off I had to go back down to the receptionist and she had to come up and plug in to the key card pad to unlock the room for us because the card reader wasnt working so we had to have the receptionist unlock it anytime we had to leave the room ... and to top it all off it was $160 for the night we was very disappointed and will never refer anyone to ever stay there in Durant Oklahoma

Liked: Our room was clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was okay - it is a typical hotel breakfast.
Disliked: The shower was slick and has a little mold in the corners. I think the tile needs to be re-caulked. The bed needs an outlet on both sides, not just one. Overall the room could use more lighting.

Disliked: the ac and heating didnt work and the room was miserable- couldnt sleep because the room was so hot.They also didnt honor your pricing and charged 50 dollars more for the room than your invoice.
