Disliked: Arrived at 7:30 pm with a 3pm check in time. Given my room at 9pm and told would not receive a refund or credit. Their excuse was that one of their cleaners called in sick. Wasn't the only one standing in the lobby for over an hour waiting for my room to be cleaned. Manager was very rude to people who asked for at least a partial credit for the time between 3pm and when they were allowed to use their rooms at 9pm or later. Also the shower needs a deep clean. Hot tub didn't work and was very dirty. Disappointed.

Great stay! We'll likely stay...

Liked: The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. That's everything that my family and I needed for our stay. The breakfast was also a great way to start the day.

Disappointing

Liked: After the delay of everything the rest was fine.
Disliked: when i got there check in was 3:00 I didn't get my room until 4:30 because my room wasn't clean so me and my family had to sit in the car until they cleaned my room after a 3 hour drive and the top cover still was not clean not ACEPTABLE.
