Great location - conviently located
Liked: The staff were pleasant and very helpful! Our room was cleaned daily, and we really enjoyed our stay. The area felt safe and conveniently located—we’d definitely consider staying here again.

Liked: I was barely able to afford the upgrade jacuzzi tub but It was amazing and the front desk staff was super polite in the morning when I had key problems. I will definitely be using the hotel again

Liked: The location was great! The beds were super comfortable. Nice interior decorations. Hot water! Good water pressure! Staff was excellent. The entrance looks fancy and has nice breakfast area with TV and lots of windows to see the beautiful California hills! Had exercise room, pool, and hot tub. I didn't use them but nice to know I could if I wanted to. Security measures were on point.
Disliked: The room smelled like old building mixed with chemicals, nothing terrible but noticeable. They put me on the first floor which is usually the floor for animals. Plus the carpet had minor animal hair on carpet. Needs new carpet for sure. The last night I heard a dog above me barking/playing for about an hour during normal evening hours. The next morning it was whimpering from separation anxiety I assume bc I didn't hear the family walking around. I also heard some guy screaming at someone the last night I think in the lobby, but it was taken care of fairly quickly. Not really the hotels fault.
