Room was clean and comfortable....

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable and it was a pleasant one night stay. Staff was able to put me in a higher floor room away from construction noise.
Disliked: The property is undergoing renovations in the main lobby. The whole lobby was a construction zone with workers running saws etc.. even on a Saturday evening. would probably be an unsafe environment for children with all the machinery around. A lot of the amenities in the lobby, like gym etc were out of order due to construction.

Disliked: Did not inform me of remodel the pull out bed had no sheets and wouldn’t bring any up. The ice machine was only in the 3rd floor and tenants smoked marijuana next to us made us sick and threw up. They told me it was a spa bath in the room lies they had no bathtub and I have two toddlers.

Liked: Rooms have been updated and nice.
Disliked: First floor was under construction and dirty. Breakfast room tables were not wiped down from the tile dust.

Liked: Location was good.
Disliked: The breakfast could last longer. Since we are on vacation we don't get up early so it would be nice if breakfast would last until 10 am. Also, we were not aware that the hotel was under renovation and the pool and exercise room was not in working order. It would have been nice to have known that before we booked our room.

Extremely disappointed with the facilities...

Liked: The room we were in on the 4th floor looked like it had been recently updated. It had a minimalist remodeled look.
Disliked: The rest of the hotel was completely torn up, apparently in the process of being remodeled.The one elevator wasn’t working and we had to carry our luggage up and down 4 flights of stairs.

Terrible

Disliked: First floor and lobby under construction. Sheetrock dust everywhere.

Stay at LA Quinta

Liked: Stayed on 2nd floor. Had 2 bags and large cooler. Elevator out of order and TV didn't work. Had to haul bags up steps..husband is 67 with back issues.Moved us to another room as couldnt fix tv...bathroom door didn't shut and heater only heated...no fan, no cool, no off.
