I stayed here because it...

Liked: The location of the property was good. The swimming pool and hot tub was wonderful.
Disliked: The room had dust on the stands and dirt in the corners where it didn’t get swept. Asked to have room cleaned daily and it wasn’t. Had to have kids get towels everyday. Housekeeping didn’t bring them to room when asked. Was told to ask front desk by housekeeper. Also there was a used needle in our tissue box. I took a picture of it! Had to ask for more toilet paper! There was maintenance going on in hallway. Had insulation and plaster all over floor. Left it overnight and didn’t clean it up after working on it. Very filthy hotel.

Disappointed-we got nothing we paid...

Liked: Location was great.
Disliked: We were downgraded to a smaller room from the suite we booked-without any warning. The hot tub and pool were closed-once again without us knowing. We would have booked a different hotel had we known that we would be crammed into a small room on the ground floor with the parking lot out right out of our window and the entry/exit located on the adjacent to our room. Paid for a suite and got the worst room in the building.
