Disappointed-we got nothing we paid...

Liked: Location was great.
Disliked: We were downgraded to a smaller room from the suite we booked-without any warning. The hot tub and pool were closed-once again without us knowing. We would have booked a different hotel had we known that we would be crammed into a small room on the ground floor with the parking lot out right out of our window and the entry/exit located on the adjacent to our room. Paid for a suite and got the worst room in the building.

Great place, will stay in...

Liked: Location, facilities, staff amazing and very accommodating.
Disliked: Bed not comfortable, but used to my own bed.

Worst motel experience I can...

Liked: Breakfast was fine - Hot Tub fine
Disliked: There for five days and housekeeping never entered our room. Arrived Sunday and when I questioned the front desk on Wednesday I was responded to with a smug smile while pointing to a sign on the desk that apparently said service only on the third day of stay. Have been going to Dickinson hunting for 20 years and have stayed at this motel for most of that time. Insult to injury charging me $125 for my dog.
