Liked: It was well located to where we needed to be. The rooms were spacious and clean.
Disliked: On our last night, the ceiling in my parent's room began leaking water in the middle of the night. They called the front desk, and staff came and put a bucket and a towel under the leak - that's it. They were not able to sleep that night. The next morning, staff told us the manager would be calling us to discuss - never heard from him. I also emailed the manager twice, and sent photos and video of the leak - no response. Terrible. Breakfast was measly, probably the worst offering I've experienced at a hotel. We had other issues that I've put in a separate review. Overall, disappointing and poor level of attention.
