Disliked: Housekeeping was terrible. Was suppose to service room every 3 days. Stayed 2 wks and only came in, maybe 3 times. Sheets never changed. Even asked for room to be serviced twice and it didn't happen. Took supplies off the Housekeeping cart whike it was in the hallway.

Don’t expect a prompt pick...

Liked: It is close to the airport so that’s convenient. The breakfast spread is nothing fancy but they do have many different options.
Disliked: An actual shuttle to pick us up from the airport would have been nice. Waited for over an hour for a shuttle to come get us and they lied about taking a long time due to traffic.

Liked: Excellent staff; van driver Antwane picked up our kids from the airport late Monday night ! (Thanks so much); shuttle service to and from airport an added bonus ! Nice breakfast buffet. We also appreciate the private shuttle service to the football game at AT&T stadium...
Disliked: We got to hotel around 12:00 pm on Monday. No early check in; we got something to eat and then sat in the lobby for 1 1/2 hrs;

Excellent alternative for people that...

Liked: Breakfast was fair, adequate. Location was excellent with free shuttle to the airport, 15 minutes away. Very comfortable room.
Disliked: Due to the Thanksgiving holiday, room service was halted for two days.
