Nice but chilly

Liked: The room was indeed nice and clean, the bed was soft so I was able to eventually get some sleep
Disliked: It was cold outside and the thermostat didn't go over 76 so I was cold all night, I got the room cause my heat went out and I wanted a warm night sleep, I was cold the whole night and felt like I wasted money cause I could've stayed home if I wanted to sleep in the cold

It a clean place,

Liked: Location
Disliked: Cleanness was no good, tv was not working. A lot of roaches in the restroom

Very much disappointed with our...

Liked: Despite our issues, the rooms were at least nice and adequate.
Disliked: Discovered bed bugs in our room late at night and we're able to change rooms. Couldn't sleep in the next room for fear of more bugs. However, hotel staff deemed that enough compensation for the terrible inconvenience, that and a few hotel points that wont even cover a future discount.
