Seemed like an old hotel that needed a major remodel!

Disliked: Walls cracked in entire room. Waited 15 minutes alone at front desk to be checked in.

Liked: My check in and check out staff people were both very welcoming and helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable. Also there was plenty of places to set my things and still have places to sit/eat. I appreciated the extra shelves over the fridge and the closet space to put some of our things so we could better use our room when we were there. Parking was close and well-lit. Overall it was a good experience! Thank you!
Disliked: I specifically canceled my reservation with another hotel for this trip because I found out that their pool was closed and I really wanted to swim with my son. I did not find out until check in that the pool here was not working. That was very disappointing for both of us. The staff person there on Saturday night was not friendly at all. I was standing right at the front desk and he walked by me about 3 times before he boardly and somewhat rudely asked what I wanted. Also would have been nice to have breakfast served just a little longer in the morning, especially since check out wasn't until 11. Additionally, even when you don't change sheets or towels for efficiency, I always appreciate having the bed made and dirty towels from the floor taken away when we are there more than one night.

Disliked: Well my family and I got into the room and my 12 year old son found a women's sex toy on the side of the bed I brought it down to the front desk to show him and then threw it away.. it should be on your camera's in the lobby so my stay was not fun I just wish my 2 boys didn't see that
