Friendly greeting at check in. Also very helpful getting a shuttle to our concert. Room was spacious and very clean. Follow up phone call to make sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast was adequate.

Disliked: The charged my card several times and I didn't get my 100 dollars deposit back

Disliked: Short staff and there was no one available during breakfast. I had to go to the food supply room to get milk and other supplies

Liked: It was so much cleaner and safer than the La Quinta in Golden, that place was disgusting-10!
Disliked: That I didn’t stay here instead of Golden!

Liked: We stay here once a month to visit our kids and grandkids.
Disliked: The room smelled like cigarettes and the neighbors played loudly thumping music until 4am. The lobby was freezing during breakfast.

A convenient place to stay...

Liked: The gentleman who completed my check in was very helpful & friendly.
Disliked: I could hear the woman -- I assume in the room next door -- talking on the phone. At first I thought she was standing in the hall, but she wasn't. The occasional dog bark, but nothing over the top.

Liked: We had to stop due to a Snow storm.
Disliked: Went we got there that day everything was working and things were good. But then about 2 hours later the problems started the tv no longer was working and so I went and told them and all the lady at the front was like well there is nothing I can do about that cause the maintenance guy wasn’t there and then said your not the only one with that problem . So no sorry at all and then the morning of our check out was in the shower and yes all soaped up and the water goes off and no one could tell us that water had to be shut off cause maintenance finally showed up and he had work to do . But you couldn’t let anybody know . I have contacted someone about this and I wanted maybe some refund of some sort but now no one wants to called me back since I check out . The front seat took all my info and would give it to management but still to this day I haven’t received anything back from management and I have called as well. But still no call back . And I have stayed at a lot of hotels this past 2 years and have never had problems like this . And yes I have been stopped by snow before and have never had trouble at all
