Liked: The front staff especially Wendy! She was sympathetic to understanding my dogs needs. She is 10. So, I asked for a room on the ground floor close to the exit door. She was walks very slow. She sleeps a lot. Wendy exceeded more that expectations. She was a human being not just a firm staff member. She has compassion and actually listened. Wendy I definitely appreciate you.You made a difference.
Disliked: The over night guy.is great! He works hard but has to deal with homeless. He cannot leave the lobby if someone I'd in there. So he can't check the stairwells or down by the pool. He should NOT BE ALONE.

Liked: The first night we stayed was great. After Wasn’t much to like your staff wasn’t much of help especially when it came to booking another night online just to get told you were out of rooms.
Disliked: Homeless hanging out in the parking lot smoking meth and fentanyl.
