Liked: I liked that the manager did all he could to set up a room that wasn't ready for guests to enjoy.
Disliked: What I didn't like was the room had the smell of dogs. The pillows didn't smell fresh. They had the smell of cigarettes. The televisions were both not programmed to the remote control. They had to bring in another TV. I couldn't enjoy a nice hot bath because there wasn't a plug anywhere in the bathroom. The manager brought me some spray for the room. Plus his wife never took me seriously when I tried to book over the phone. And she remembered me when I came to check in.If you were to judge the hotel from the outside it looks magnificent. But on the inside it doesn't compare to the outside. None of my accommodations were looked at. I checked in with Booking.com and they couldn't find my reservation and tried to charge me twice. The manager or owner looked like he hadn't combed his hair in days. He did look professional at all. His shirt was full of wrinkles and looked like he was sleeping when the front desk asked for him. But he did try his best to make us comfortable. But it was embarrassing to replace a television that wasn't ready for guests. It was like my mother and I received a room that no one used.Lastly there was a door that led to another room which freaked me out how I could easily go into another room. It gave me sex trafficking vibes If my mother was not with me I would have gone to another hotel. I was out of the place around 9 that morning.
