Not pleasant

Liked: Got to breakfast just minutes before it was over and were treated very poorly… were told to take what we could and then were told to eat in the lobby as eating area was yellow taped to keep people out! Not at all hospitable!
Disliked: Accommodate guests..I recently had a stoke and find it difficult to get an easy start to the day…we checked in late…but being flexible would go a long way to making the experience of staying at that establishment would be helpful.

Liked: There was a very odd smell in the room. The sheets were rough and extremely pilled. I ended up sleeping on top of them.

Worse experience never again!

Liked: Unfriendly and disrespectful staff dirty rooms and breakfast room , manager was very confrontational .

Liked: It was a challenging experience, as I had to ask for the bathroom to be cleaned more than twice. It had not been swept and I kept finding other people’s hair on the space.

Liked: The property was close to everything which we like and I was also able to walk to the local Wawa of if I had gotten hungry for snacks which so ended up doing.
Disliked: The bathroom was small. We also had to get moved to another room because the first room that we were in had a funny smell to it. The front desk clerk was able to accommodate us and we were pleased with that.

Disliked: I booked 3 family rooms for my family and the rooms were very small, wallpaper hanging off the walls, dirty pillow cases and cockroaches in the bathroom. We decided the rooms were not suitable for us and asked reception to cancel the bookings. I was told that would not be a problem and my credit card would be refunded. This refund did not happen and I am disputing the charges with my credit card company. Please be warned when booking rooms at this hotel.
