Roach

Liked: The breakfast was good. The ease of check in/ check out.
Disliked: The room needed some major TLC. One of the outlet covers was broken and on the floor, the outlet was loose and couldn't be used. There was what looked to be nail polish on the desk. And the biggest thing was the roach. If we could have we would have left right then. It just made me feel icky the whole time we were there.

Disappointing and frustrating as it...

Liked: Location and room size.
Disliked: Although it had cooking facilities there were no cutlery, plates, bowls, tea towel, wash up liquid, etc. Had to buy some as there for 7 days. Bath plug wouldn’t lift and had to wedge something in it to empty the shower. No plug in either sink to wash up / shave. First day I got there and pulled back the bed covers there were 4/5 crumbs and a few hairs on the bottom sheet! Tried to use gym and only 1 piece of equipment worked.

Mattresses need replacing.

Liked: The mattress was the worst I've ever had. Everything else was just fine.
Disliked: Mattress had so many roll spots and hard lumps.

It was OK. The breakfast...

Liked: The location was very well
Disliked: Well, I stayed two nights Saturday morning me and my son went to the pool. It was still breakfast time. My son was hungry so we stopped in the breakfast hall and try to get some breakfast. We were kind of wet but the owner I guess or someone that worked there was kind of being rude about us wetting the floor. Our clock out time was 11 AM on Sunday. We were just putting up some of my clothes in the car, but the cleaning service already was starting to clean our room. It was only 1030 we still had 30 more minutes.

Liked: It was okay
Disliked: It wasn't clean. When my coworker complained they did change her room. But at some point the room smelled like smoke and the manager never addressed it. Also the phones in the room did not work,

It was horrible and would...

Liked: Nothing. We checked in at about 3 pm and checked out around 10 pm the same day because of the urine smell in the room and the rudeness of the owner/manager. After refusing to relocate us to another room, he came to our room and became combative.
Disliked: The owner/management.
