Only sat in the room...

Disliked: Mold, mildew, bugs, filthy, kept money

The pool and room space...

Liked: The room was clean
Disliked: I requested a room that fit 5 people 2 adults and 3 children and only 3 bath towels were provided

Disliked: We had to be switch rooms because the first room had boogers on the wall in the bathroom non smoking room smelt like smoke.

Disliked: It was run down our room had deteriorating sheetrock around the window and around the bathroom sink where there was water damage and our room smelled like mildew . For top dollar rate . Then I asked for a receipt for my tax purposes and get a receipt that shows no dollar amount. I asked that the desk guy get me one showing my total paid and he said i would have to get one from booking.

Liked: The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The older man checking us in was rude. He answered phone calls while I was there checking in and left me standing there. He was taking so long checking us in and there was a young lady behind us and she just asked him for an application and he pulled her to the side, once again leaving me standing there waiting to be checked in, and continued to tell this young lady how rude it was to interrupt someone when they are doing something. He was ridiculous! Rooms had hair in tubs, drywall on the sinks and the floors were filthy. I wouldn't even take a shower there. Very disappointed and will never stay at another Laquinta. 😞
