Not coming back

Liked: The location is good
Disliked: The room wasn’t really clean, lot of dusty behind the tv and microwave, the tv wasn’t working and no one went to check it, the breakfast was from 6 to 9 and two days around 8:20 they didn’t have eggs, bacon and coffee, and the others two days we even didn’t try to have breakfast.

Liked: The front desk staff was excellent. They were very kind.
Disliked: The room was less than desirable. Bed had a large crater and was extremely uncomfortable. Bathroom had a few roaches

Not pleased for the amount...

Liked: The location is nice
Disliked: The hotel is NOT clean. I’ve stayed here more than once and the floors are disgusting in the rooms. ESPECIALLY under the beds. They do not clean under the beds at all! This time I had hot water, but normally it’s lukewarm.

Liked: The location was perfect for what we needed….the beds was comforter
Disliked: The cleanliness of the hotel could be way better, I have a toddler and there was a pill found in the bathroom floor that was not ours…. There was Cheerios in every corner of the room when we checked in….someone else’s clothes under the bed….tv didn’t work, the phone didn’t work, and when you stepped in one part of the floor in the bathroom you could feel a hole under the tile.

Don't think will be staying...

Disliked: told staff that we were unable to get TV to work, said will be up to check it. 3 hors latter no one showed up so went to bed. By 9:00AM break fast was with out bagels, waffles and staff never came to check to make sure coffee or food available. Fire alarm went off middle of night. Desk staff non existent. also ice machine was broken. Also called front desk no answer. Staff out front talking on phone
