I don't think we will choose La Quinta Inn when we travel. It simply didn't meet our expectations.

Liked: The receptionist Troy was very cordial and hospitable. He showed a lot of concern for a good stay.
Disliked: Unfortunately we were not satisfied. The room across had a pet and was noisy in the evening. There were a lot of noise from guests late at night. We wanted to move but it was too late and it was only a one night stay.

Was pleasantly surprised with my stay.

Liked: Compared to hotels in the area of this price range, definitely one of the better hotels. Workout room had a treadmill, two diff bikes and an elliptical machine.
Disliked: Breakfast area a little small, wish there was a mini fridge in the room.

Liked: This place was filthy, we were there for 10 minutes and cancelled our reservation. Very disappointing. Can't contact customer service for refund either.

Liked: Room was comfortable and breakfast had a nice mix of warm and cold items
Disliked: The heating unit in the room went on and off frequently to the point I shut it off in the middle of the night.

Exceptional

Terrible hotel with rude staff

Liked: The breakfast was decent even though staff was annoyed when letting them know they ran out of pancake mix
Disliked: After ordering pizza to our room I received a call from the front desk saying ordering pizza made it look like we were having a party which isn't allowed and if we were that they will charge a 150 fee.....I've ordered pizza almost every one of my hotel visits in life and that's the dumbest thing I've ever heard.
