I don't think we will choose La Quinta Inn when we travel. It simply didn't meet our expectations.

Liked: The receptionist Troy was very cordial and hospitable. He showed a lot of concern for a good stay.
Disliked: Unfortunately we were not satisfied. The room across had a pet and was noisy in the evening. There were a lot of noise from guests late at night. We wanted to move but it was too late and it was only a one night stay.

Was pleasantly surprised with my stay.

Liked: Compared to hotels in the area of this price range, definitely one of the better hotels. Workout room had a treadmill, two diff bikes and an elliptical machine.
Disliked: Breakfast area a little small, wish there was a mini fridge in the room.

Great until the last day...

Liked: The staff was nice up until the point where our car got broken into and they didn’t care about it whatsoever.
Disliked: Our car got broken into along with a few others peoples cars but when we went to tell staff they brushed it off like it happens all the time there.

Liked: The staff was very friendly. The room was fantastic. The bed was comfortable. All in all it was a very pleasant experience. We would definitely stay here again.

Liked: clean rooms with fridge and microwave oven, breakfast includes scrambled eggs, biscuits and sausage gravy among the choices
Disliked: WiFi signal strength fluctuates constantly, sometimes it drops low enough to break your connection with the internet, this is very frustrating when trying to stream content (e.g.: movies, TV shows), the drops happen frequently - about every 5 to 10 minutes, doesn't seem to matter what room I'm in or how close the room is to the lobby or if I'm in the lobby.

Liked: The location was the only silver lining of the place.
Disliked: Every cushion of the furniture, every lamp shade, both bed frames, even shower curtain were stained. The mattress on the pull out couch was disgusting. Many spots on the ceiling were coming off. The very worst part was that the pool was not usable from feb 20th until March 5th. I made my reservation prior to these dates, my last day to cancel without being charged was February 19th. The pool was one of the only reasons for going and staying in a hotel for my son's birthday and that was no longer an option and finding out after the fact was ridiculous. I will avoid this place at all costs in the future.
