It was just an overnight stay.

Liked: We were promptly greeted. Our room was ready and clean. We had breakfast in the morning and then left.
Disliked: We had to wait to check out because the employees were chatting and when I asked for a receipt he said he would email it to me and asked for my email. I have not received that as of yet.

Disliked: Room was very cold in night Floor was cement slab type and was freezing

Not a good value for...

Disliked: The Dish TV reception was awful and made watching TV impossible. The bed was extremely soft and we rolled into the middle. So uncomfortable

Relaxing in Style

Liked: I love the friendliness of the staff and how welcome they make you feel from the moment you check in, until the time you check out! It's wonderful to have the lobby decorated for Christmas so you don't feel so alone if you're away from loved ones.
Disliked: There's not enough shampoo and conditioner samples . I have very long and thick hair and it takes at least 3 samples of each when I shower. The sample bottles themselves can be challenging for older folks or ones with disabilities.
