Liked: I suggest more variety and change in the menu daily. I stayed three days and had the same things.
Disliked: Noise level control is not enforced. There was others leaving in/out @ 5am slamming doors.

Bad

Liked: Reservations were incorrect. Shower head would only drip water. Much noise.Never again

Nice room, but issues with...

Liked: Room was clean, staff was friendly.
Disliked: AC unit had a glitch and would reset to 62 in the middle of the night several times. Housekeeping would knock on door even though sign was on the door knob. Wi-Fi was not good on the 4th floor.

Liked: We did a business event that night and when we got to hotel all was great!

Worn out, tired and a...

Liked: The location was really good. Close to where I wanted to be.
Disliked: There was a lot left to be desired. Tired, old worn out hotel. Got to our room, and noticed the mini fridge front door part was partially broken, go into the bathroom the toilet paper holder is broken and the toilet paper was just sitting on the counter. Okay, no big deal just needs some updates. The headboards have the surface scratched off pretty bad. Again, everything is just very worn out. But still nothing that can't be handled. Go to take a shower and there is black mold in the shower. Not a ton but more than just a little as well. After traveling for 12 hours, nope not doing it. I want a hot shower that doesn't leave me feeling gross. Talk to the front desk worker who wasnt thrilled. She told me she couldn't change her room because they were fully booked. But she'd come look at the mold. She took pictures and sent them to the owner/manager (I'm not sure which it was) and then called me back to say they found a room to move us to. In fact the room right next to ours (fully booked?) 2nd room was better. Still very worn out but no mold. Lay down to sleep and see the ceiling is ripped... The bathroom door was broken and wouldn't't stay closed either. Woke up in the night hot and turned on the a/c to wake up to the room having a mildew smell. The bed itself was pretty comfortable. Again not the best but not bad at all. Breakfast however was decent. Not great but good for a complementary breakfast. Went out to the pool more of the same, chairs all ripped up. Fire pit not on. Fitness room was good. Good choice of machines. Very clean. I wouldn't stay again. I'd drive an extra 20 minutes not to stay again. I didn't take pictures of the first room bc I was just too tired. But I did take a couple of the second room.
