Great location for those visiting...

Liked: Perfect location for those planning to visit North Dallas. Easy access to all main highways. Breakfast is good and lots of parking space.
Disliked: We anticipated our check-out date because we couldn’t sleep for 2 nights. Although being in the very first room in the ground floor sounded convenient, staying in a connecting room became such a headache in our stay. The accommodation beside it seems to be a place used by staff during the night to watch football and have fun with friends. We couldn’t sleep because of loud conversations and TV noise for nights from midnight to 2:30am.

Disliked: Well for starters my shower had ONE DOOR!! One door that’s it. So you can imagine the type of shower my partner and I had to experience. That is very unacceptable, I paid good money to have a decent stay and that’s what I had to put up with. The bathroom was soaked! They did try to accommodate me a new room but as you can imagine we were tired from the long drive and already had all of our stuff set up and laying out so to have to repack would be a inconvenience. The entire situation was an inconvenience. The fact that that was the only thing they could do was horrible management to me. The workers did what they could but the fact I couldn’t get a discount on a room that WASN’T fully functioning up to the normal standards of a hotel has to be the most unprofessional thing I’ve had to witness. I am very upset. I will not be returning.. and to add to it, the tv was inoperable as well.. soVery disappointed. I’ve stayed in many hotels over the years and this is easily the worst one I’ve ever been at! Please do not waste your money here.

Good afforable hotel for a...

Liked: Good hotel for a short stay,1-2 nights, like a weekend or bussiniess trip. Very nice new(?) bathroom. Decent breakfast, friendly efficient staff. Location outside the center, but plenty of places to eat and drink in a few minutes drive. Plenty of parking. We didn't use the outdoor pool, but it looked good.
Disliked: Our room was big, and comfy but the TV was very small....around 30" and far away from the beds. It would have been good with a pair of binoculars in the room
