Keep up the great work!

Liked: All facilities were working and very well kept. Bravo. Definitely probably one of the better hotels we've stayed at. Very quiet and mostly the elderly seemed to stay here. Maintenance was always very quick to respond and proficient at their job.
Disliked: Not sure why, but the keys kept locking out. Some of the electronic locks probably need to be replaced; you can tell because those rooms constantly give problems whereas others don't. Also, staff should probably walk the stairs a little more. Some areas got pretty dirty (dirt/mud), yet no one seemed to notice for a pretty long time... (I know no one wants to do it but someone ought to)

Liked: Clean and comfortable room and the staff was so friendly.
Disliked: Nothing comes to mind.
