Desk clerk had to be awoken that night and was late for work next morning; no coffee in room and no bottled water; no one available to give us any; will not stay here again.

Disliked: It was Nasty they didn’t properly clean up bed looked like it was slept in before we arrived crumbs on the floor bathroom was digesting I had to go out and get cleaning supplies to clean up there was a boiler in my room that bugs was crawling out of I was very disgusted

Disliked: The traffic they have coming in and out. I should've just stayed at a motel six. The trashcan in front of the door was overflowing the whole time I was there. No one emptied it the lobby when you walk in look like it had not been mopped in a few days. The elevator doesn't look like it's ever been cleaned According to the hotel rooms are nearly renovated. The room was clean. Yes however, the bed was very hard and uncomfortable pillows were so thin. I did not have any good nights sleep there. I was even scared, and I told the manager on site that I may want a refund because of the traffic that was coming in and out of that hotel I was even scared to park my car out front without being in front of a camera. I do not recommend this.
