Desk clerk had to be awoken that night and was late for work next morning; no coffee in room and no bottled water; no one available to give us any; will not stay here again.

Liked: I love the size of the room. I think they just remodeled
Disliked: That I got a suite and there was only towels for 2 people when I put there would be adults and children staying in the room. When I went to ask for more towels I had to bring those 2 sets of towels down and only was given 2 sets back when I asked for 4 sets. Then my deposit I only received $80 back be my daughter friend had previously colored her hair and when she took a shower ther color leaked on the towel. I could have went and bought a towel for less than $20 .So u might want to take towels with u if u got more than 2 people and if u have color bring a towel to cover your hair or a bonnet. No towels in to pool area. So I believe they have a towel shortage. You can't take your breakfast up to your room and there was no meat available And the lady at the front desk that morning act like she didn't want to be bothered when asking questions. Also there said there would be a pull out bed but they didn't replace them when they did remodel. The bed had stains all over the mattress. I didn't ask for my money back for those stains
