Horrible!

Liked: Location was in a bad area. Our vehicle got broken into the first night we stayed. They stole $2K worth of tools from the vehicle and we had to replace the whole back window. The hotel had a funky smell. The smell was worse in the elevators for some odd reason. The staff wasn’t very helpful and there was someone’s kid who was knocking on doors and running away! Never staying here again. Ruined our whole trip.

Liked: Room was clean and ok. Free shuttle to Love Field.
Disliked: VERY low water pressure in shower. Not sure what goes on the 4th floor. I'm wondering if those rooms are for distressed families that are given government vouchers. People wandering around the lobby in the morning in their pajamas. VERY POOR food options in house,.....and absolutely NO food establishment close enough to walk to. It was obvious the staff had zero motivation and was just going through the motions to get a paycheck. At least I only needed to stay for one night to make an airline connection, so tolerable. Smelly hallways, with a hint of weed. I'm glad the rooms doors had double locks.
