Liked: It smelled clean.
Disliked: Our bathroom shower was spraying water everywhere and we were told they were booked and couldn’t fix it. Felt inconvenient and had water all over the bathroom floor.

A very horrible two day...

Disliked: First of all I we didn’t know there was going to be a 100. 00 deposit for the roomWhen we walked in the hotel, it was water on the floor in front of the front desk with no caution sign up as we were walking in water…We stayed in room 112 . It was a very noisy hotel and was next door to room 115 who dogs barked all day and night..The towels we received were ripped and torn.The room never warm up, the phone service in the room was out of order..Tried to call front office from my cell but it was still out of order..The iron didn’t work in the room..We had to go to the front office every time we needed ice which was an inconvenience and we wasn’t the only one..

We won’t ever come back,...
Liked: The only thing I liked about this hotel was that the cleaning service kept bringing us new towels during our stay without having us to ask.
Disliked: The property does not look like the photos they posted and the location is terrible and unsafe. The building on the inside was not up to date and it smelled unpleasant. Definitely not worth the price we paid. Also they had told us breakfast was from 6.30AM-10AM but they actually shut it down at 9AM so we ended up missing breakfast. The room they gave us was horrible. The bed had stains from previous customers and just didn’t look clean. The room had a used coffee cup with red stains on the inside and the room was very crowded and tiny for a King Deluxe room.
