Disliked: When i showed up to laquinta i wanted to book with them incase of any problems..but they said i couldnt to go online..whiching bookin dot.com was the top I showed up the room was freezing cold they had the ac on its Feb winter basically I couldn't do anything but turn off ac because heat knob was broken went told them hey rooms freezing knobs broken can't turn heat on its like 10-11 drove 12 hrs from Springfield Illinois to record a big event in Dallas rumble in the jungle..so I gotta get rest he said give me a minute I'll come see as if I didn't know what I was talkin about in know how to work the heat I own rental properties...I said just switch the rooms gotta get rest.but they didnt .went back to room thinking they would be right down room 119 after 30 minutes I went back down to the desk like man come on they said they be right down i go back to room wrap up with covers kept jacket on n shoes because it's cold as ever like 50 in the room... past out 10 minutes later they showed up verified I was right i was sleep so my top dog tv partner had to let em n...so after a Lil over a hr of freezing n waiting to be moved to room 115 I get up go in there its warm but I'm super tired from driving 12hrs I go in kick off shoes coat n crash my partner who wasn't as tired couldnt sleep because after being in the room for 30 minutes there was the biggest roach he's ever seen in his life...he recorded it killed it but couldn't sleep.. tried waking me up to try to switch rooms again but I was like a zombie I just told him we already switched rooms so my camera man at the event was off the whole event...after trying to voice my concerns laquinta said there was nothing they can do because I booked through booking.com to contact you for a reimbursement because they would if I booked through them...n mind you that I showed up in person to just rent the room from them but they made me get online to book...
