Liked: Check-in and hotel was great.
Disliked: At one of the counters at the check out there was a sign-up paper for a shuttle ride to our specific venue DWTS at Texas CU Theater. The driver called at the time we were to leave and said he would not be there until 15 minutes prior to the time DWTS started. There were 12 people signed up for this shuttle. Four of us were there waiting for the shuttle to arrive.

Great venue. Beautiful inside and out. Very accessible - getting there and getting in and out with no hassle or confusion

Liked: Very clean - the room, the lobby, the grounds, everything. The free breakfast was the full menu of what most guys think of when they hear "breakfast". The check-in attendant was very polite, professional, and informative.
Disliked: I had to leave.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Highly recommended.

Disliked: First set of keycards didn't work.

Very comfortable room/bed. Slept well. Nice breakfast. Great shuttle service to nearby venue for concert. Recommend!

Disliked: Sunday, April 13, 20258:06AMAs of right now, this has been the worst night sleep I have had at a hotel.-------------Previous evening: Saturday, April 12First, starting at 11:20pm, a phone call was made to the front desk that the hallway is filled with noise. It seems like they moved most of their customer base on the second floor. That's fine, but most of the customers by 11pm would like to get some rest.The first phone call was a warning shot to let them know there is carousing and loud noise. Nothing was done.-------------11:36pm, a follow-up phone call. This time it was to let them know that there is further noise by the rooms next door. This was in room 212.Nothing was pursued. Again. Noise continued, loud banter. The walls are rail thin and we can hear everything- screaming, shouting, yelling.-------------11:41pm, a five minute phone call follow up was again done. Nothing.-------------11:50pm, almost midnight. The loud noise and ruckus increased.We brought ear plugs and a white noise machine, AND ran the bathroom white noise. The noise continues far into the night.Not sure if there are going to be any follow ups any longer. We knocked on the neighbors door, made a phone call.Noise continues.-------------2:00amLoud doors are banging.There were a total of four phone calls to the hotel, two knocks on the door, two phone calls to several rooms.If you are on a business trip or you have had a LONG day, this is not the place you want to stay at.However, I am waiting to see if there is any return to make this right.THIS IS MISERABLE.
