Liars.

Disliked: Didn't stay since they overbooked the room. Fed a line about them trying to contact me. I've stayed here before and they didn't have trouble contacting me then. Horrible service.

it was a good stay

Liked: very nice property, i love the location.
Disliked: there was a huge dog barking the entire stay. I did not appreciate that. the breakfast needs to be revamped

The banging experie

Liked: They had some kind of renovations to the hotel during my stay and everday there was banging very early in the morning. There was one morning that the banging and scraping was so loud that it felt like they were inside the room when I call the reception the manager was very rude and told me that the only thing he could do was to move me to a different room, imagine having to pack half sleep to move to a different room very early in the morning because they decided to sell this rooms knowing tha they were doing renovations during this time.
