Liked: It was very comfortable and the breakfast was good too

Safe but underwhelming. Smelled like...

Liked: The bed was comfortable and the shower had good water pressure
Disliked: The smell! Walking into the lobby the smell was overpowering, like a terrible cheap brand of carpet cleaner had saturated the carpet and then just been left to sit! It makes me wonder what they were trying to cover up with the carpet cleaner. Despite describing the smell like cleaning products, it did NOT smell clean in the lobby or hallways.They were terribly understaffed. Checking in took forever, then when my key didn't work I had to wait in line for over 30 minutes to get it reprogrammed. And the woman in front of me in line had pictures of bugs in her room on her camera. At breakfast the attendant didn't understand english and wouldn't refill the empty coffee canisters. Breakfast food options were standard for free breakfast, so that was fine.

Would recommend to anyone!

Definitely worth a stay

Liked: Rooms are recently renovated, large, and comfortable. It's also on a quiet street with almost no street noise.
Disliked: Would be nice to have full size bath towels, higher quality toilet paper and tissue paper - much less quality than the rest of the room. The front desk was unable to tell me how to call another room directly, and they were not able to connect the in-room TV with wi-fi (it was fitted for this) so we weren't able to connect to Netflix.

Bad experience

Liked: I'm sorry to say that I did not get to stay there.. unfortunately front desk clerk stated my credentials were not up to her standards so she was not able to accommodate me. Sad to say I liked the facility but went next door to best western and they were able to accommodate me. Thank youPJ
Disliked: I didn't like that they were not able to work with me or at least try to. She just said no I can't help you. Not happy
