Everything would have been perfect...
Liked: The receptionist was friendly and the dog were literally the best part of the stay! Also the soaps from the shower were lovely.
Disliked: The room was dirty which I could have let go because i was tired. But the pull out sofa had food and trash in it and the drawer from the living area had previous guest items in it.

Disappointing.
Disliked: The pool was closed, which was the main reason we booked here as we were traveling g with two kids. It smelled like a wet dog in the lobby at all times. The room wasn’t the greatest or cleanest, the bathroom door had no handle and there were dirty towels left in the bathroom from the previous people/person that stayed. The air conditioner smelled of mold when turned on and the linens on the beds were very dingy.

Worst hotel stay in my...
Liked: Nothing
Disliked: The first night there our bath tub leaked to the room under us. The staff called our room at 9:30pm while I was trying to put my 6 month old to sleep. Then we found out that the pool and spa weren’t working which was the reason why we booked this hotel. The second day we moved rooms because of the leaking tub. Only to have a roach in our room and the toilet leaked and ran both nights. On our 3 rd night the elevators weren’t working and we had to walk up the stairs with our 6 month old, all her stuff, and I’m pregnant. Worst hotel experience of my life.

Liked: The woman in the morning went out of her way to help guests during breakfast.
Disliked: not the hotels fault but it is extremely hard to car service in the area. Might be a good idea for them to partner with a service. Just a suggestion.
