Liked: Nothing
Disliked: The first night there our bath tub leaked to the room under us. The staff called our room at 9:30pm while I was trying to put my 6 month old to sleep. Then we found out that the pool and spa weren’t working which was the reason why we booked this hotel. The second day we moved rooms because of the leaking tub. Only to have a roach in our room and the toilet leaked and ran both nights. On our 3 rd night the elevators weren’t working and we had to walk up the stairs with our 6 month old, all her stuff, and I’m pregnant. Worst hotel experience of my life.

Liked: The woman in the morning went out of her way to help guests during breakfast.
Disliked: not the hotels fault but it is extremely hard to car service in the area. Might be a good idea for them to partner with a service. Just a suggestion.

Disliked: The pool was dirty!!!!!! It should have been closed.

Liked: The location is great, right off of the freeway and close to food.
Disliked: Needs some updating. No pool or spa available in the summer time. Carpet ripped by the entrance to the room. Front desk staff a little stuffy and not really friendly. Front desk stated the pool was closed and the door locked so no access to the hot tub either. Breakfast could use some upgrading as well.
