The front desk and housekeeping...

Liked: The breakfast would be a nice start for the day. I went to the breakfast once during my stay, and the location for me was not convenient due to my disabilities.
Disliked: Lack of Handicapped features.Unable to use "Business Center "Unable to use Ice machine and laundry room the whole week of my stay,House Keeping and Front Desk Staff were very unacoummendating during my check out. Housekeeping staff were in my room when I was in the process of loading my belongings.

Need more channels

Liked: The breakfast
Disliked: Not enough channels on the TV and the remote didn't work correctly. Also I smelled urine on the sheets. The first night was very noisy for my mom

Liked: Location was perfect. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Bed was super comfy but would have liked an extra blanket as it was super cold that night.
Disliked: No sign or anything visible with the wifi password.
