Disliked: Our sofa was broken but we didn’t mind as we didnt really have a need for it

Liked: Soft pillows clean sheets this room had a stopper in the tub and the tub wasn't stained or rusted out
Disliked: Broken toilet paper holder, room reserved was unavailable had to take a double queen which was of lesser value without refund second time staying here elevator broken and they put me on the third floor my knees were aching from the five hour drive I almost had to crawl to my room

Liked: It was at okay location. The staff was nice.
Disliked: We had to switch rooms because of how fiery the first one was. Mold in the bathroom, used cotton swab on the floor, blood all over the sheets & mattress cover.

Not what I expected

Liked: Close to downtown
Disliked: Since we got there Morie the lady from night shift was just complaining about other customers for me I think that is really unprofessional. I went upstairs to my room keys didn’t work I called front desk if they could come and bring me new keys she said no you have to come downstairs. later I asked her for 2 extra pillows and she said oh no we don’t have extra pillows she didn’t even tried she was sitting down on her phone.

Disliked: Asked for room service during my week stay and only got it once. Had to go to deck asking for clean towels and toilet paper. Also ask for another remote control and they only offered batteries. We only were able to watch one channel. Tv didn’t change channel was set on ads. Staff was not that nice.
