Liked: There were carts to take our luggage in on, and there was a gym.
Disliked: The TV in the gym did not work at all the equipment was very outdated our hotel room was quite dirty when we checked into it and there was not much soundproofing in the walls.

Liked: The location was pretty hidden, but room was clean, bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Not having any carpet. Sounds really traveled.

Liked: There were several things wrong with this trip. I had stayed here previously and always had a good stay. This one was not good at all. We checked in and stayed I believe two nights, then had a family emergency come up and I called to stay another night. I made the call relate relatively late in the evening. I told the lady that I spoke to that I would like to have the same room that we had had before. Reason being is beside the back door. My husband is handicapped and it’s easy access for him to get to the car back. When we got to the room, they said it had been cleaned because like I said we had checked out earlier that morning! There was one cup in the bathroom the sheets had not been changed. The bed was made. There was only shampoo one bar soap, one towel one wash rag the sheets was what caught me. My own hair was on the sheets when I pulled the cover back meaning they had not changed the bed after we left after we checked out.The next morning, when we got up, we went down to the dining area to eat some breakfast. There was four pieces of toast, two pieces of sausage and basically there was not a whole lot of anything else there was a man there in a wheelchair I’m assuming that they knew him well. They called him by name. They asked him if he needed anything. He said he would like to have one particular item that they didn’t know how it was biscuits. They went to the back, fixed him two biscuits and some gravy and brought it out to him. I went to get coffee. There was absolutely no coffee. There was no hot water and when I went to the decaf to check it out, it was ice cold decaf coffee. I just got what I could and left left when I went to check out that morning the guy that was working in the kitchen prior supposedly still supposed to be working in the kitchen was sitting out on the front bench playing on his phone. Now the lady at the desk told me that he was a new guy so he had to be there.
Disliked: The lazy people that work there.
