Other than the heating issue...

Liked: Room was clean and staff was friendly.
Disliked: 1) It was 40*F the night of our stay and the heat barely worked. Thermostat only has off and auto and goes to 78*F, but the room was at 70*F. 2) The flapper for the toilet was faulty and leaking, causing the toilet to randomly run making it hard to sleep. I finally had to turn off the water to the toilet. 3) Remodel seems to be in progress, noted several things in the room that need fixed/replaces.

Disliked: Smell upon entering is horrible. Same down hallways. Very Dusty table by elevator couch very cheep product. Smell was the worst thing for sure change the fragrance choice. Snacks toooo expensive

Exceptional

Liked: I got two rooms and also rented the conference room. It was all great!

Passable

Liked: Ok hotel. Eefs some work on room items. Bed ok but a little hard. TV ok but channel selection limited. Breakfazt ok bit unattended.
Disliked: Not horible but not great.

Hice place but . ....

Liked: Hotel was conveniently located, clean and staff was friendly and courteous. Beds were comfortable.
Disliked: Room temperature was difficult to regulate - thermostat didn't seem to have much effect on the heating/cooling device.
