Liked: Conveniently located
Disliked: We upgraded our room during online check in from a double queen to a king executive but was still put in a room with 2 queen beds, room 403, but was charged $50 for the upgrade.

Clean, comfy and great breakfast!

Liked: Breakfast was amazing! Clean comfy beds and great sleep. Staff was helpful.
Disliked: Only one trash- tiny one in the bathroom. The pool was closed and no one was washing the tables at breakfast and they were dirty.

Perfect for a night stay

Liked: Great location and price. Pool was under construction and the breakfast could use better options. Kids wanted waffles and the mix was empty before 9:00

Liked: The pool was out of order. Would have been nice to know prior to booking. The bathtub drained VERY slowly, so water pooled in the tub during showers.

My stay at La Quinta...

Liked: My stay at La Quinta by Wyndham Columbus was extremely disappointing due to multiple issues. The reception staff were unprofessional and unhelpful, making requests a frustrating experience. Additionally, the hot water in the room did not work properly, causing unnecessary inconvenience and changing the room etc.The overall management seemed disorganized, and the lack of basic amenities (like reliable hot water) made the stay uncomfortable. For the price paid, I expected much better service and maintenance. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and will not be returning.
