Liked: I cannot say enough about the staff member...SAM. My husband had some kind of mental break, for the first time in his life. He had walked to a fast-food place close to the hotel and forgot where he was. He was gone for two hours. During that time, she consoled me and tried to keep me focused. She went way above her role as an employee and stayed with me until the fire department found him and returned him to the hotel. I will never forget her kindness and genuine concern. Your corporation should be very proud of her conduct and compassion she showed to you guests. Thank you SAM, from my heart to yours.
Disliked: Everything was as expected. Hotel was well maintained.

Perfect for what we needed...

Liked: Loved that we were able to get breakfast before we had to leave for my daughter’s softball tournament. Love the seating in the lobby area to hang out with friends.

Not perfect but fulfilled our...

Liked: Participated in the Columbus Marathon so we stayed at the motel for 3 days. The price was right and the location was perfect for getting to the marathon. Was exactly what we were looking for.
Disliked: The motel has been well used. The floor planking in the room was buckled in several spots and made a crunching sound when you walked on it. The room and the entire motel could have been cleaner although it wasn’t real bad. Overall it fit our needs even if there were some problems.

Disliked: Breakfast could have been better. Drinks were limited. The first morning the juice machine was only giving water.
