La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Columbus Airport Reynoldsburg, Columbus

Liked: Very helpful staff and very clean.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Staff was nice.
Disliked: Very overpriced for the quality, or lack of quality I should say. The room smelled as though a chain smoker had just checked out. The bathroom floors looked like they had barely been swept and for sure had not been mopped. There was a hair on the sheets. I supposedly received a discount on this room - I stayed at the Hilton for a cheaper rate than this. I will make sure that I never stay at another La Quinta again. Very dissatisfied.

Very good

Liked: I liked the style of the room. Had a lot of character and many lamps for lighting. The shower and bathroom were very nice. Overall the room and hallways were clean. Staff was super helpful with internet password and giving me a spare room key when I locked myself out.
Disliked: Area around the hotel felt unsafe. Was worried my car would be broken into as random locals walked by through the parking lot. Not sure what the popping sound was coming from as I tried to sleep in room 42.

Disliked: The cleanliness of the rooms was really bad the linen wasn’t clean and it was a lot of hair everywhere the beds the refrigerator and etc

Disappointing

Liked: They needed to have some scrambled eggs or even some bacon, switch it up a bit.
Disliked: The service and customer service. There were several employees that were really not nice. The breakfast was not good. There was only hard boiled eggs which were way too overcooked and the thin sausage patties were always overcooked also. And you were not allowed to take your breakfast back to your room!!! Also the back door was broken. You couldn’t even get in with your room key.

Would absolutely book with them...

Liked: Was a great stay! I loved the room it was absolutely comfortable and the bathroom wasn’t a tight squeeze, the workers were sweet and super kind.
Disliked: I didn’t really like the location very much. But it worked out for the weekend stay. My room door didn’t lock, you can hear people on the other side of the wall and was a little noisy. Breakfast could have been better but I made it work.
