Liked: They ran out of food for breakfast & it was the same thing every day. This was our 1st time staying here & years before we stayed in another hotel by the same name. They at least switched up breakfast every other day. Never any coffee.
Disliked: Lobby, elevator & diningroom dirty. Staff just sat on their butt looking at their phones when they could of been vacuuming or making coffee. Elevator was disgusting. There was always huge piles of garbage & dirty bedding by the elevator on the 3rd floor.

Good place for an overnight...

Liked: The staff. They were polite and accommodating. I came in early and they were able to check me in. The bed was comfortable and clean. The shower pressure was strong and hot. The location was central to several restaurants, coffee shops and the conference I attended.
Disliked: This older property was run down, carpeting frayed and the elevator hadn’t been cleaned for, what looked like, a long time. The breakfast lounge was dark and the breakfast offerings was minimal.

Disliked: Parking lot was full of puddles and ice. Ceiling had a blood stain+ gunshot patches. Bathroom had bare wires from items being stolen off the wall and shower ceiling had black mold. Main entry was leaking water from previous snowfall. Room smelled like weed, and a/c and heater didn’t work, also hotel worker said booking.com doesn’t relay any custom info as I requested a crib and the hotel staff said there is one “pack and play” on site for a $10 rental fee and it was already rented. Let alone all snacks/ drinks were sold out and hotel has no vending machine. They have all this garbage hidden along with having the gull to charge a $150 damage deposit. You are better off staying in the Econolodge if you care about your own health/wellbeing.

Disliked: Reception lady approached me very rude when I asked her question. I wasn’t aware of $150 deposit until I went there. I left and I’m still waiting for my $64 refund.

I felt so sleepy coming...

Liked: The breakfast and staff were fine. I just felt that when I called the front desk to ask for the wifi password that I was wasting her time.
Disliked: When I arrvied around 5:00 pm. on January 24, 2025, a homeless guy was walking towards my car and I decided to go inside my car and move to a different parking spot but he was following me so I felt scared and drove around for a few minutes to wait for him to leave the parking area so I can park and check in. When it was time for me to sleep there are some kids who are in the hallway talking a little loud and I can hear them when I was resting. There's also a loud alarm coming from a car parked at The Outback Steakhouse that took a while before it was resolved. Around 5 am. I woke up and heared some alarm coming from outside and was so tired to get up to check it although I was not able to go back to sleep anymore.
