very disappointed

Disliked: we were there at 3pm to check in and not one employee was on the premises. there was a sign in the counter that said will be back soon.therr were other families showing up expecting to be checked in And no body was there. finally after 4:15 a lady shows up and was rude. they didn't have our two double bed room cleaned she explained how the housekeepers that worked that day had only cleaned single bed rooms.

Unconvinced

Disliked: They cancel my reservation when I told them I would arrive late. When I arrived at 2 am with my family, there were no rooms available. I had to go somewhere else which turned into a blessing!

Disliked: Everything! This was by far the worst hotel and La Quinta we have ever stayed at. First, they didn't have towels. When we went to ask, they gave us a stack of hand towels to use, and the front desk receptionist was rude about it when we asked for some. The bathroom was tiny and filthy! It smelled horrible, too! Our go-to hotel is always La Quinta, but not this one!! My biggest mistake was not reading the previous reviews. Lesson learned! It was a really bad experience!

Disliked: The room smells horrible at cigarettes. The restroom was so nasty dirty. There were tons of visible hairs in the bathtub from previous guests. It was just so disgusting. Not a single trash can in the entire room, and we found cockraches. We were told that breakfast was served until 10 am. Went down at 9:30, and the only thing left was cereal. Will never stay at this location again.
