Disliked: False advertising - booked 2 rooms with sofa beds and apparently they don’t exist. Ants in the bathroom. Mean breakfast server spoke rudely to my special needs son

Disliked: Breakfast was awful, lack of choice, the guy servicing it was miserable and extremely unhelpfulFood was terrible.Room servicing was hit and missPool bar served wine that was well past its best only had the one bad bottle.They got another bottle the next day, it was undrinkableThe pool bar didn’t open to 1pm on the Saturday, it was open at 11am on the Friday.

Liked: I was on the ocean. Big Deal!
Disliked: Staff was rude. There is no answer to not having my room. I was to have a penthouse king. Ended up with a double Queen. They blamed it on Booking. I had the reservation right in front of me. He said there was nothing he could do. Very disappointed. It was my wife's birthday and Christmas present.

Disliked: Room next to us were smoking on their balcony a lot! Then we smelled pot being smoked in another balcony room so it was very offensive since we were in non smoking room & thought hotel was a non smoking facility
