Horrible stay never doing it...

Liked: Nothing at all horrible hotel
Disliked: Everything... Room smelled like pee the walls are paper thin

Overreall it was good because...

Liked: The staff was really great! They went above and beyond. Best part of the stay.
Disliked: The facilities could have been cleaner in the swimming area. There was a wrestling team that was very loud staying. Also the bathroom could have been set up better.

Extremely dirty pool, awful customer...

Disliked: Pool was extremely dirty, pump wasn’t even on, staff couldn’t fix it because maintenance wasn’t working on Sunday. We checked out and asked for a refund as the only reason we were there was to swim for my daughters birthday, was told by the girl at the front desk that she didn’t have the authority to refund me but handed me a card for Stela the manager and told me to call her Monday as she wasn’t available that day and she could help me with a refund. Was also told as we were checking out that the pool wasn’t broken and we could still use it

Liked: Clean, comfortable.
Disliked: The reason for the low overall score was because it was very loud..guests were loud, and lots of banging and stomping. Also the power went out for a bit so that was scary,not knowing what's going on or when it would be restored. Sitting in pure darkness was a little unsettling. I also heard the housekeeping staff grumbling because guests didn't leave tips.

Disappointing

Disliked: We found a bed bug in our bed
