Hotel Badly Needs Maintenance and...

Liked: Price was good compared to the other hotels in the area
Disliked: This hotel needs a deep cleaning. The hotel is in bad shape from maintenance point of view. When we reached even our fitted sheet had human hair on it all over. We reached around 10 PM and were tired because of the long drive but no one picked the service call to provide the fresh fitted sheet.

Liked: The location was perfect. The room was spacious and well appointed. The pool was the highlight of our stay. The staff were topnotch, especially the man we checked in with named Rodney. He was courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable. The veteran parking spot is greatly appreciated. We're very grateful for the recognition. Overall, it was a wonderful stay.
Disliked: The only thing lacking was the breakfast. The food had run out, and there was not much variety. Everything else was wonderful!

Disliked: It’s in bad shape, needs updated. The carpet needed cleaned/updated. The hallway was in need of repair and paint. It reminded me of a sleazy hotel.
